Why change the compatibility mode

Camsoft CNC Controller software and CAD/CAM software are great software. The software runs on all versions of Windows from Windows 95 through Windows 11. With Microsoft Windows having so many offerings and configurations it sometimes becomes necessary to adjust Windows compatibility mode for Camsoft products for Best Performance.

How to configure Compatibility mode

Right click on “AS3000” icon

Left click on “Properties (menu item)”

Left click on “Compatibility (tab item)” in “AS3000 Properties”

Left click on “Run this program in compatibility mode for: (check box)” in “AS3000 Properties”

Left click on Drop Down List in “AS3000 Properties”

Left click on “Windows XP (Service Pack 3) (list item)”

Left click on “Apply (button)” in “AS3000”

Left click on “OK (button)” in “AS3000 Properties”
