Application Assistance Ticket
Technical Support is provided for Camsoft CNC Controller software products available on the Store.
Application Assistance Tickets are processed as follows:
- Once purchased, use the contact form to submit your support request. Please include the following:
- The ticket’s order number (provided in the receipt)
- Full description of the issue
- Tickets are processed in the order in which they are received
- The initial response to your ticket may not be immediate but will be given within a maximum of 2 business days
- A ticket provides 8 hours of application assistance. We will contact you if the issue can’t be resolved within this timeframe.
- Application Assistance may be delivered non-contiguously (not all at once) as time of day and work load permits.

You don’t need to purchase a Support Ticket if:
- You have pre-sales questions. In this cases please use the contact form.
- You want on-line training. In this case please use the contact form.

This product includes a support ticket for use within 30 days from the date of purchase. Payment is for time and labor and is nonrefundable. No credit for partial or incomplete use. To submit your support request, please use our contact form and include your order number and a short description of the issue.
