Online Technical Support Ticket
Support is provided via email for Camsoft CNC Controller software products.
CNC Professional Online Support Tickets are processed as follows:
- Once purchased, use the basic information form to submit your support request. Please include the following:
- The support ticket’s order number (provided in the receipt)
- Short description of the issue
- Tickets are processed in the order in which they are received
- The initial response to your ticket may not be immediate but will be given within a maximum of 2 business days
- A ticket provides one hour of support to resolve your issue. We will contact you if the issue can’t be resolved within this time-frame
- The one hour of support may not be provided in a continuous timeline
- Technical Support is solely provided through email

You don’t need to purchase a Support Ticket if:
- You have pre-sales questions. In this cases please use the contact form
- You want on-line training. In this case please use the training ticket

This product includes a support ticket for use within 30 days from the date of purchase. Payment is for time and labor and is nonrefundable. No credit for partial or incomplete use.
