Support is provided via email for Camsoft CNC Controller software products.
CNC Professional Online Support Tickets are processed as follows:
- Once purchased, use the basic information form to submit your support request. Please include the following:
- The support ticket’s order number (provided in the receipt)
- Short description of the issue
- Tickets are processed in the order in which they are received
- The initial response to your ticket may not be immediate but will be given within a maximum of 2 business days
- A ticket provides a one hour period of technical support to resolve your issue. We will contact you if the issue can’t be resolved within this support period
- The one hour period may not be provided in a continuous timeline
- Technical Support is solely provided through email
