Software and Hardware Support Ticket

Software and Hardware Installation Support is provided by return for service for Camsoft CNC Controller software products and Galil controller products.

 

Software and Hardware Support Tickets are processed as follows:

• Once purchased, use the contact form to submit your support request. Please include the following:
  • The support ticket’s order number (provided in the receipt)
  • The Camsoft product to be installed*.
  • The Camsoft product serial number*.
  • The Galil controller model to be installed.
• Tickets are processed in the order in which they are received
• The initial response to your ticket may not be immediate but will be given within a maximum of 2 business days
• The response will include shipping instructions
• A ticket provides for 1 software and hardware install. We will contact you if the installation can’t be completed within the time frame.
• Shipping is not included with the ticket.
• A return shipping charge will be assessed and payment for return shipping will need to be paid in advance for return shipping.

*IMPORTANT:  The Camsoft Product should be under active Camsoft Maintenance & Support.  Please contact Camsoft if you have any questions about the status of your Camsoft Product or to join or renew.  Although active maintenance is not required for the ticket,  if a software update will be needed for the installation, you will have to join or renew maintenance with Camsoft before an installation can proceed.

This product includes a support ticket for use within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Payment is for time and labor and is nonrefundable.  No credit for partial or incomplete use. No refunds or credit will be issued.
